Thank you for choosing SkySim.
Because we sell digital eSIM data plans that are instantly delivered, our refund policy differs from that of physical products.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Policy
All eSIMs and data plans sold on SkySim.app are digital products delivered electronically — typically via QR code or activation code sent by email or available in your dashboard after payment.
Once an eSIM is issued, it is considered delivered and activated.
For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds after purchase.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
We understand that technical issues may occur.
A refund may be approved in the following specific cases:

The eSIM cannot be installed or activated, and our technical team confirms it’s due to a fault in our system or provider.

You were charged more than once for the same product (duplicate transaction).

The purchased eSIM plan was never delivered due to a verified system error.
If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

The user purchased an incompatible eSIM/device.

The eSIM was successfully delivered or installed.

The user entered incorrect information (e.g. wrong email address or plan).

The eSIM has been partially used (even minimal data consumption).

The user changed their mind after purchase.

Network issues caused by local operators, roaming limitations, or signal strength.
Please verify your device compatibility and destination coverage before purchasing.
4. Refund Procedure
If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and may request additional details or troubleshooting steps.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
5. Chargebacks
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account and deny future purchases.
We encourage all customers to contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly.
6. Changes to This Policy
SkySim reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
